Flathead Mule

Flathead Mule

1/2 cup muddled cranberries
-
5 sprigs muddled rosemary
-
1 liter ginger beer
-
1 1/2 cups flathead fog
-
1/2 cup lime juice
mix all ingredients, chill for couple hrs. for flavors to meld. serve over ice & garnish with whole cranberries and rosemary sprig in a copper mug.

Hot Buttered Rum

HOT BUTTERED RUM
BATTER
-
2/3 c brown sugar mix all ingredients
-
1/2 c (1 stick) soft unsalted butter together with electric
-
1/4 c honey mixer until well combined
-
1 tsp cinnamon & fluffy. let chill. airtight
-
1/2 tsp freshly ground nutmeg container last 6 days fridge
-
1/4 tsp ground cloves or 6 months in freezer.
-
pinch of salt
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
DRINK MIX
-
2 oz Flathead rum fill mug with 2 tbsp batter, 2 oz
-
2 tbsp batter of rum, 4-5 oz boiling water. stir
-
4-5 oz boiling water together until well blended, top
with whip cream and garnish
cinnamon/nutmeg.

1 oz Flathead Fog rum

5 oz red bull
-
5 oz root beer
mix all together, stir slowly. garnish with maraschino cherry.

Hot Cider

Flathead Fog Rum
Heat up 8-10 ounces of cider to desired temp. stir in 1 ounce of Rum. Enjoy

3 oz red Grapefruit juice
-
margarita salt
salt rim of glass. mix ingredients shake well, pour over ice.

2 oz Flathead Fog Rum

1 oz Triple Sec
-
12 oz cola
Mix all liquor in shaker with ice. Strain over ice and add cola. stir

Sugar martini glass rim, in shaker muddle mint. Add in rum, pear juice, simple syrup & lime juice. shake well, strain in martini glass, sprinkle nutmeg and garnish with mint leaf

1/2 oz orgeat syrup

aromatic bitters
in a short glass with ice, add rum, grapefruit juice, orgeat syrup, stir. float aromatic bitters on top.

2 oz raspberry Moscato wine

Raspberries (Garnish)
fill glass with ice add rum, wine, and top off with ginger beer. stir. garnish with raspberry.

Club Soda
Prepare rim of glass with sugar/cinnamon.
mix 2 oz of rum with 1 oz cream of coconut
shake well with ice. Strain and pour over ice. add a splash of Club Soda and stir slowly to mix.

Prepare double shot glass rim with Chocolate syrup. Mix 1 oz Tropical Tundra rum & 1 oz Kahlua in Shaker with ice. Strain pour in shot glass. Top with whipped cream
